These are great tips. I have a horrible time at antique stores and flea markets. I get completely overwhelmed. In fact, the only times I have ever been able to find anything at them is when I had something specific in mind that I was looking for…

Janice, you are so right! In fact, if we ever go shopping in California together (because Petaluma and Sebastopol have loads of things we like), you get one aisle and I get the other! And we'll have to promise not to squabble over our finds.
