To all in the States, have a very happy Thanksgiving!
For those who are interested, don't throw away the turkey carcass. I'll be posting a Turkey Gumbo recipe this weekend - It's a great way to use up leftover turkey and you'll need the carcass to make turkey stock (and if you're really sick of turkey by the end of the day, gumbo freezes well).
