I am enamored with sandwiches. I'm lucky in that regard; I live in a city that produces some of the most exquisite regional sandwiches this country has ever seen. But this sandwich has captured my heart. Pulled pork so tender that it simply melts on your tongue, topped with cole slaw, on a homemade bun. It is simply one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. So if you're ever in New Orleans, I highly encourage you to stop by Butcher and experience this treat for yourself.
